I'm having some problems actually getting the ringers I make onto my phone. I go through the whole thing making the ringer, enter the info and my phone number at sprintusers.com/focus, get the text message, and then when I try to go to the URL via my phone, it tells me there is an error and there something wrong with the descriptor. Do I have a setting wrong on my phone or something? If somebody knows how to fix this, or has any ideas on what's wrong, please tell me.

Also, if you can help me, assume that I know nothing about phones or the internet, because sometimes (like right now probably) I am an idiot with technology.

That's usually a Focus thing. If you try a different uploader (I suggest GToal or Rumkin), it will probably work. Let me know!
