:fingers: I purchased a new 9950 from Ebay, and whenever I try to activate the phone, Sprint gives me the matching MSL# for my ESN number (which never works) ...but the seller says to use the MSL# on the box, which is different. This MSL # works, but the very first time, it showed another person's username and WAS ABLE TO ACCESS THE INTERNET but not my information. I called them back, to remedy this...many times, and they had me try everything! They had me reset the phone, try issuing a new username, everything. But, all I can do is make and recieve calls, anything having to do w/ the Vision part gives me 1012 and 67 errors. I'm thinking the problem is a crap ESN or MSL #, but is there a workaround to allow me to access the internet using MY NAME? I can change my username in ##3282, by going to USER NAI, but can't I also add my Vision password in there too? Isn't there supposed to be NAI password somewhere?
The reason I ask this, is cuz no matter what, I cannot recieve a password update from the airwaves...I keep getting 1012 errors. This leads me to believe that something is missing in the software. By the way, my current username shows SIGNED OUT and the software version is 132.037. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! I would even PAY 20 bucks to someone who could help me get this phone to accept my Vision info. :wavey:
