Discount Question

My mom and I share a bill and have 2 lines on it. About 4 months ago, my brother was on the bill too and the bill was about $200 a month. Since then, my brother cancelled and it is now my mom and I. Between both of us, our bill is still about $200 a month. It is getting to the point where I am trying to find any way to drop our bill down. My mom already gets a 10% discount through her work. Every month I do the "Drop Call Credit" (and I can because I get dropped calls frequently) and I used to buy the referral numbers off ebay, but cannot find them anymore. Is there anything I can do other than beg CS to lower the bill? Are there any discounts where I can call CS and tell them something and they immediately lower my bill? We have about 9 months left on our contract.

Give more details about how you are getting that high? Two separate lines or family plan? What options? Do you use all the minutes you pay for? Details, the answer lies in the details.....

You can probably get less but depends how those two other lines were on the account, if they were freebies then they were of no effect to your account.

There is absolutly no reason for your bill to be over $80 with 2 lines of service.

Switch to the $60/month shared plan with no additional cost add-ons. There ya go! You just saved $140 :rolleyes:

^ that is what me and my husband have w/ the exception of unlimited text messaging, power vision... n&w starting at 6..... it costs us about $120 per month.
