MM7500 (Video File) file router, but doesn't open

I have saved some 3g2 file and some video file made with my phone, as well some pic, on my albums In Phone folder; but whe I open the folder the thumbnails doesn't open and the clock keeps routering looking for the files. :scare: Does any one know the solution for it. :deal: Or at least how can I delete these files so I can download it again?
Also I can't play them or expand or even get into options, because no videos can't be found.

Are some of those video files from older phones? When I try to download old videos I recorded with my old sanyo vm4500 it will do the same thing no matter what phone I try unless I send them through picture mail. I have had the 7400 and my 9000's and it has done the same thing to all my phones. I made a bunch of calls to correct it and it hasn't happened yet.

I have sent them from picture mail.and they are new files created with this phone model. The other files are 3g2 which I sent to pict mail and I downloaded to the IN Phone folder

i ahve a 7500..how did you download videos on ur phone?

Maybe your vids you sent to p.m. are corrupt. I had to replace 5 7400's cause of it. Try to take a new pic then Erase All. I was trying to download from my albums.

send an e-mail with the video attached to your PM account from another e-mail.Them go to My online album from your phone and download. save to phone
