I used to have all kinds of clips available to watch. Discover, ESPN, Animal PLanet, cartoons, MSNBC news. Now all of a sudden all I have is Fox, and Previews. I called Tech Support and theu 1st had me reset my pv profile, then take out the battery for 5 minutes, then they reset my web "don't use your phone for 3 hours or else..." I still don't have my channels back! Anyone know what happened? Is anyone else missing their media player channels?

I have Power Vision Plus, and as of Saturday or Sunday, I have no news channels of any kind! I wasn't sure what that was all about...
I also noticed that my 'power vision plus' plan is no longer showing online as part of my 'plan details', which scares me a little, considering how much PV I use everyday!

There's another thread about this, and it applies to all of the Power Vision plans that has SprintTV.
Its called Power Vision Ultimate (Channel 50) down???? (or something like that).

Same thing with me, I just got hooked up with sprint and purchased the power vision ultimate pack, but it doesn't show up in my "plan details" either. I emailed e-care and they said that it's been added to my plan since 4/15/06, but I don't see it and I can't access any of the content. :irked:
