I can get my video files on my phone but when i play them they are very laggy and skip... plz help mee

What format are your videos, and what's the typical file size?

they are mp4's and the file size of them are like 35 MB

That would be why. Make them 3GP files. Much, much better. Trust me :)

i keep getting a language error when trying to download the convereter from winzip??

Hmmm... save it to disk and try opening it with WinRAR. I just tried it and it worked for me, but I use WinRAR for everything.
