I am new around the forums here, not having made any posts or threads. But I have searched through everything quite a bit and I have to say that this is the best resource for sprint info out there!

My question is this, my family has been Sprint customers for several years now. Our annual bill is around $250 each month. We have a total of 4 phones on this plan, one of which (mine) is a a920 with powervision. I was wondering what the best way to go about getting a few discounts for it would be. We haven't ever gotten anything in the way of discounts, mainly because we didn't know they existed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just login to sprintpcs.com and contact eCare with the 'Contact Us' link at the top right. It helped me get 500 txt msgs and 6am n&w free.

for this $250, what are you getting. If you can break down your plan on charges per line and what each line gets im sure we can suggest something better for you! Save some money and maybe get a few perks too!

At $250/month...... sprint surely wants to keep you!

Line 1 You can most likely get the nights and weekends added for FREE, I'm not sure about the plan/minutes pricing, as for everything else... I'm not too expeirenced to help you out there, but you might be able to get somethings for cheaper/free maybe.

The nights for free (unless its 6pm nights) then its still possible!

Line 2 and 3 at $10 each or atleast one at $10............ other carriers are at $10 per AAP. Cant believe they are charging $5 a month on line 2 in addition to the vision charges for picturemail!

Thanks for the suggestions! How should I go about asking for these things?

And one more question, We've been with sprint for a few years now and I wondered if we could also get a loyalty discount? and how much that might be?

Thanks for helping me out!

Good thing you found this site. That old plan seems poor to me.

Loyalty discounts seem to run 10-15% from what I've seen posted.

As far as making these changes, maybe *2 and ask to cancel which takes you to the retentions department? They will definitely hook you up given your $ and long history.

Edit: Do you qualify for an employee discount? Check the sticky.

I got free nights at 6 so it is possible, only some reps know that code. Ive also only been with dprint for a year and get a 10% loyalty discount. and lastly they gave me free sprint to sprint. all this on 2 lines. I emailed em, i acted kind of angry, told them *2 disconnected me several times(which was true) and i was thinking about leaving for another provider(i was pondering it) and they gave me what i wanted on the 2nd try .

e-care's the best way to see some results

i have only tried 2 times through *2 but never got anything accomplished

i think they put more highly trained ppl on the phone than they do over @ e-care
