Anyone know what that error means? I get it when I try to access any of the links on the Vision homepage but when I use my bookmarks or go straight to an URL everything works fine. Thanks! :)

I'm also getting intermittent "Error 106". Are these issues on Sprint's side or with my phone? I did read the FAQ but it didn't specify if the error is one with the phone or if it means Sprint is having network issues, nor how to fix it, if it is my phone. Funny thing tho..I am out of town, visiting my parents in Boston for Easter. When I was in NYC I had no problems. But once I got to Boston I started getting the 502 and 106 errors. Maybe the problem is with the Sprint network up here?

What does the error say?? You might have to call *2 and ask to talk to a technician. I had to do that when I kept getting error 404? page cannot be displayed all of a sudden I started getting that message on pages that I had no trouble visiting previously. How long have you had the phone cause periodically the web needs updates and you have to go into the store for it. But I would call *2 if the problem is still persisting and tell them about your problem and how often it has been occuring if its just when you visit one website or many, be sure to tell them what websites it is and if you are having any trouble accessing the links on the vision homepage because those links should work. Anyways hope this helps :)

The 102 error said sign in had failed and to wait a few minutes and try again and if that didn't work I might have to update my Vision profile. The 502 error said there was a problem with the webpage I was trying to reach and it could not be displayed. I've had the phone for 4 days. :-)

Sometimes Sprint may overhaul the system at times (including Sprint's vision home page) thus the error codes happen. Esp. with the 502 code. Most times just wait and try again at a later time is all you can do.
