I have an a920 phone that I just purchased about a week ago. I have the Power vision plus pack. When I try to get into the online functions (Sprint channel multimedia player, the internet or on demand), about 3 times a day or so, my phone will say it's "updating the profile" (the other times it lets me in fine). Sometimes this profile updating just causes a delay of about 20 seconds or so and then I get in, but occasionally it takes my to another screen where it asks me to enter my "proxy" user name and password (I have no idea what that is). In the later case, I cannot get into the online functions at all, but this problem clears itself up in about an hour and it no longers asks me for the name / password and let's me in.
Is anyone experiencing this as well? Does this problem relate to the phone itself or to the network?
i believe this problem was fixed with firmware updates. go to settings>update phone. after it updates the first time run the updater again. then see if that fixes the problem.

I purchased my 920 about 2 weeks ago and found there were 2 phone updates available through the menus update phone option..

I've already had downloaded the two updates available. Now it states that there are no available updates. Could this be a problem with my phone?
