I didnot have vision on the main phone before.

Are you sure they said they would give you vision for free? Or that they said they would put you on a cheaper vision plan?

Also, check if there's credits on your bill for the price of the vision plan.

I called many times to verify, even talked to finance dep. I am charge $10 for vision and have $10 for credit. the credit doesnot show up but it should on the month end statement, being told. I have to wait the end cycle to be sure.

I look everywhere on sprint site. I only found "vision pack" but no where I could find "Vision picture pack"

They're probably right. Just wait until the end of the month when you get your bill and you should have the credit. The Vision Picture Pack is just another name for vision pack with picturemail. It's just a name and that's why everyone usually just calls it a vision pack.
