I called a couple of time last week to try and get it, no rep said it wasn't possible, but all did have trouble....at first...but then i a rep said that 'they'd work on it' and get back to me...the reason is that there was a problem with PowerVision code, and me already having it on my SERO plan....well, a few hours later they called me and said i had PAM on my account now....
i don't know if anyone else has had success with getting it on their account, but it seems that it was able to get done....
just an FYI...

no PAM with SERO, if you need PAM you will need to get a regular plan. end of story.

you tend to doubt everything everyone states on this site thridshift. . .
but to the OP: can you post some pics of your online account showing the addition or when you get your bill can you confirm that the PAM has been added to your SERO account succesfully?

There is no problem having SERO and unlimited PAM. It may not be the most common add on but it definitely exists and is possible....
As was said earlier
End of Story....

I too had PAM on my account, but it was added not as a PAM option but as a PDA option supposedly. I got transferred all the way up to tech2 or something. Anways, after sitting on the phone with him for over an hour, he got me signed up for PAM access for 39.99 a month. On the site it said something like treo pam data. I took it off my account when the reliablilty of using PAM at work isn't well enough to justify keeping it at that price. It is possible, but it takes someone who knows what they are doing to do it because it wasn't a standard code option but still works the same none the less.

We can have some pics of your bill here to see it. Did you sign 2 years to have it ?

Sorry i have no pics, i did this a couple of weeks ago but after a couple days of very poor service at my work location, i couldn't justify the cost if i can't use it reliably so i called up to discontinue it. If i would of thought of it i would of taken a screenshot. I did not have to get a 2 year contract with it since i am a new customer and i'm allowed to change my plan for up to 3 months without re-doing a 2 year contract. It is possible and i did have it. It wasn't standard, since i don't own a PDA (A900) but its possible.
