anyone know how to enhance the quality of qcp ring tone files??? I recently made some qcp files and the distortion is terrible..as well the volume isnt as loud....

qcp files are generally not the best quality...i dont really think you can make the quality any better...

Yeah, you're kind of fighting a losing battle. I would suggest editing the original file (MP3 or whatever) to sound the way you want, and then turn that into a QCP. You should always start with editing your source file and not your end-result file.

As far as loudness goes, that's not a feature you want to approach with QCP. Phones that require QCP ringtones won't have the greatest ability to play those loudly and clearly. If you still want to aim for loud, remove any bass from the file.

You can do most, if not all of this, with Audacity. I am unsure if it can convert to QCP; if it can't, you can just use the program from the FAQ for that part.
