how to make a ringer for the samsung a940???

i converted and trimmed a 29 second clip into a mp3 for my smasung a940, but the focus tool will not let me send it. What am i doing wrong? i was using the wave deal to make the bitrate 32 and mono as well. Any step by step instructions on how to convert a mp3 into a ringer for this phone???

We need more information. What does the Focus uploader tell you (when you say it won't let you send it)? What format is your song? It needs to be AAC (with a file extension of M4A). How big is the file? And have you tried a different uploader?

Is your filename worded correctly? Is it an M4a and not an MP4 file? Is there a part of the very detailed step by step instructions that are on this site written by generious hard working people that you skipped over or forgot?

the focus uploader just tells me that it doesnt except mp3's. Where are the instructions to convert mp3 to acc...or whatever the a940 needs.
