Where are My pics at?

My dude was looking through My phone at My pics and he went to access My online albulms. When he did so he found that there were only like 13 pics uploaded and I have had this account for like 6 years so I have 6 years of pics are gone!
What I found was the email address that used to be associated with My number @sprintpcs.com was changed to @pm.sprint.com.
Yes I have a new phone but I have been receiving notification text whenever I received an email on that account as late as April 4th.
When I sign in to the picture mail it shows this new address but when I sign into PCS mail I am still able to get into My old box.
I'm on hold with tech support for the third time today since they cannot comprehend what I am saying so any info/help would be appreciated because I will be highly upset if I lost all of My pics.

you need to go into the data portion of your phone and change the address for your vision picture account

do I have two email addresses associated with My account now or what?

okay the dude says ##data# will not work because that is only to edit My username, not the end of the email i.e. @sprintpcs.com vs. @pm.sprint.com

and now they are saying it is a network issue and they have to create a trouble ticket and yes everything may be lost.

you have 2 email accounts kinda, you have the @sprintpcs.com which is your sprint email address, and @pm.sprint.com which is an email address someone on a computer can use and send you a picture and you will get it on your phone

The @pm.sprint.com is your picmail address.Sprint updated to this last year.You can change it if you like,but only the one time. Why should he go to his user info in the Data menu of his phone? The username thats there is their Vision username, and their Sprintpcs email address.It is totally different from the picmail address.

yes but I have always had a @sprintpcs.com or @pm.sprintpcs.com account
now it is being sent to @pm.sprint.com
the tech said he had never ever seen/heard of this and gave Me an estimated resolve time of 51 HOURS
I was like that's it? can't I get something for the trouble? that's a lot of stuff to lose and all that jazz, I would hate for those pics to get in the wrong hands!
he laughed and gave Me $20 credit to cover the cost of PV and I told him all about SU :)

and what I was told was that when My account switched over to an RS employee plan that caused a CSA change to get under RS's heirarchy and on their billing cycle/due date so everything I had was deleted and cannot be recovered
well first they told me it must have been manually deleted but I said no wrong answer try again
but as for the billing cycle thing that's not right either because I was already on their cycle because I had RS's discount before I had the employee plan
then they said it was deleted because I got a 9000 and I was like no I had a 7500 and that is EVDO already
and even if they did a CSA change it shouldn't cause you to lose everything on the server because I moved here from WA state and I never lost those pics and they were like well you just got lucky.
so the point is that all of My picture mail account is gone and I feel that I have been assigned a new PM address with @pm.sprint.com at the end instead of @pm.sprintpcs.com or something
but when I called and told them I was unhappy with the service because of all the trouble first with My insurance claim then this with losing My account they said well a five dollar credit won't really resolve this situation so I will let you out of your contract and that is it

no My user name was not changed. it appears that the handler on the other end was changed.
