Pin Chargers on my old Sanyo no longer worked, and so I went into my local Sprint Store and told the Rep, she said ok, hang on...walked in back and came out with a Clip-Style wall charger and said "there you go."
Perplexed I said, "For free?" She said "Yup, have a nice day."
It wasn't a Sanyo charger, but a Sprint one...but still, is that normal, or did I catch a break? :headbang2

They could of charged you if you want, but depending on the manager or techs mood they can be very nice. The tech gave my wife an extra microflash card last time we were in for no reason other then she was trying to get a 5 star rating.

It's more like you were lucky enough to receive something, so just say Thank You and move on.

You caught a break!
haha really huh.
i went in for my a900 style charger plug on my old a700. it has two charging options on the bottom, the round style, and the long skinny rectangle style. so they went to the back, gave me my old charger back along with a travel charger for free..
guess hell must be freezing over... sprints kinda moving its way to the "nice" customer service factor.. still a long way from its competition
