View Full Version : Sanyo MM9000 Purchase Timing

I have resolved to purchase a Sanyo 9000. My local Sprint store has them as does a couple of Radio Shacks nearby.

As it is near the end of the month, is there any advantage to buying now or waiting until April 1? Would the salespersons be more motivated to deal at the end of the month vs the beginning?

Both offer me a price of $229. This is an upgrade with a $150 rebate because I have had my phone more than 2 years. RS says they will honor the $150 rebate, and can even waive the $36 activation fee. Is this possible. Sprint will not waive the activation fee.

Any advice is appreciated.
