Complete Reset on 5300

I did the reset all but it still has my user account in it and pictures and such, how do I reset it to the way it came out of the box?

I also need to do the same to an audiovox PM8912.

Take it to the store, they can do it for you. Tell them you want it completely refurbished, and that will erase your phone number, user name, etc. You can erase the pictures and phonebook yourself thru the security menu.
