well, to start i have an F&F plan for 70.00...the first line has unlimited text from an old vision package and the second line has all the bells and whistles on the ultimite pv pack..
well, i have had mutiple billing issues with sprint, now i know not many people have ever had a problem with sprint, but it does happen..
they billed me for data charges a couple times that got my phone's shut off...mind you, i am an important person :icon_smil , and it looks pretty cheap when my cell-phones have been disconnected...
i had a myriad of other issues too...i don't need to get into all of them, but it had me fed up to the point to say i was leaving and see what i got in retention...they sent me over and i ended up with free unlimited texting on my second line plus a 10 credit each month..for a total of about 25.00..i could live with that..
when i opened my bill this month, not only did i not get free texting or my 10.00 credit, they charged me an extra 10.00 saying that i wanted to cancel my plan and go month-to month... :frustrate
now i'm mad...
i call up sprint and to my suprise, get switched right over to an account specialist who is helpful every bit of the way...she fixes everything and then gives me free unlimited texting on my line + a 25% discount for the next 2 years... my bill is normally 170.00 so thats 42 + the 15 for 57 dollars a month off!!!!
i think they really are trying to improve CS..the lady i got knew what she was talking about and did everything she could to help me...the problem is, most of the time you talk to three people who don't have a clue and then the fourth person ends up cleaning up the mess the first three had made...
anyway..if you have problems, who knows, it might payoff in the long run...50.00 over 2 years is $1200.00... :music:
