Shalom. Hola. Aloha. Hi.

Just an average PM-8200 user here trying to figure out how to upload ringtones that aren't in MIDI format to my phone. It lead me to here. I think I like it. I'll let you know. I might get some throw pillows, an area rug. We'll see.

Well, I got all the info from elsewhere on this board, but quickly:
1) Edit down the MP3 with a program called Audacity.
2) Export it as a 16-bit wav file.
3) Download the program to convert from wav to qpc. It's really more of a script.
4) Drag your wav file onto the pvconv.exe icon. It will create a qpc file for you.
5) Somewhere on these boards is a link to send a qpc file to yourself. Use it.

Hope that helps.
