its how i got it. If they dont give it to you just hang up and call back and try the "Hi my names bill, i have a customer here and i need to program his phone. The number is blahblah. The name on the account is bob dole and the last four of his social is xxxx. Could you give me his MSL please?"

I told them my voicemail was not my voice anymore the first thing the tech said is well sounds like we need to reprogram your phone...


So the first numbers he gives me are my MSL! :headbang2

I am enjoying not missing a call during EVDO now. :)

Ok, willing to sound stupid, just cuz I endure this problem, too. How can I get calls through my EVDO? Am I wrong that this is the problem you're addressing?

You gotta type ##data#
then change to voice_pri from Data_pri
