Accessory Type: Headset (stereo)
Brand: Nokia
Price: $1! (+$6 S/H = $7 total)
Where Purchased: Ebay
Time Used: A few weeks
Used With Which Phone: Nokia 3155i
Rating (1-5 Stars): 3 stars
I got this before I received my 3155i. Since it was supposedly OEM, it did not come in a retail package, just some bubble enclosure. It connects via the proprietary Nokia pop-port on Nokia phones (almost every one that I know of).
In any event, it was handy as the headset also had a mic and button to answer calls with. Additionally, since I used this alot while listening to the radio, the button switched between my preset stations. Unfortunately, a week or so ago, it seems the mic part of the headset pooped out, possibly from some light rain while walking outside. I also seem to remember the earphones shocking my ears twice, so it most likely happened then.
Long story short, it was nice while it lasted, but only really useful when using the head set function. Headphone use was OK, but the sound wasn't the greatest of course. I plan on using regular ear/headphones through the 2.5mm port (w/ a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter) for listening to the radio.
