Just a couple of words to the wise here. Don't just call up tech support and say "I want the MSL for my phone so I can . . ."
You may get lucky and get it, but a great deal of the time the answer is going to be " Thanks for calling, but I cannot give out that information." Most techs are not going to risk their job just so you can tweak your phone. Sprint and the copntractors monitor techs a lot and there is no risk from saying "sorry," cause that's Sprint policy.
If you want the MSL, come up with a tech issue that would necessitate us reading it to you, like "can't get voicemail" or "get someone else's voicemail" or something that would indicate the device needs to be reprogrammed. If you can't connect to the web and are told to type in ##3282, then click Edit, then type in a six-digit unlock code - guess what that six-digit unlock code is.
Make a reasonable attempt to work with the techs and they'll do their best to help, just don't ask them to put their job on the line so you can do the latest settings tweak.
