Folks.. I am really sorry for having to post this.. I just spent the last hour searching for the answer that I am sure is out there.. Posts that were close to what I needed I got lost in the lingo...
Here is my question:
1.- I use to get my sprint e-mail on outlook express.. Now it says user name and password incorrect and errors out
2. - I have Sprint's connection manager on my laptop and us with a samsung SPH-A620, but no longer can access this way..
I do have vision on my phone, I have not changed any settings..
I am getting ready to head out on a trip and need to resolve this... All I really do is check my other (non-sprint) e-mail maybe 10 times a year remotely and send a few replys.. Check the weather here or there online.. Nothing major..
Can someone help me trouble shoot?? And am I going to get a huge bill?? I have not used the phone on #777 for 6 months now so I want to double check.
PS: no reception where I am now, so I will try what I am told and have to see what happens when I get to receptionville...
