1) Login to your account at: http://www.sprint.com/ (http://www.sprint.com/)
2) Click on the link in the top right corner of the page: Contact Us
A pop-up window will appear. The first line says:
"Send an Email
If you have general questions about Sprint PCS Products and Services or network coverage please Email us here."
3) Click on the Email us here link.
4) Click on Submit to send your email to ecare. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Sprint within 5 minutes of clicking the Submit button, then it most likely did not go through. Try again.
You have to re-login to your Sprint account to send a 2nd email to ecare. It will not work otherwise.
