A900 No Media Player Channel Listing!!!

Had this phone about a week now and I can't get the channel listing to come up. I've had 3 differnt phone calls with sprint with the last person telling me to go to a sprint direct store because the "software needs to be updated". The software on the phone looks like its "ZA06". Can anyone tell me if what Sprint is telling me is correct. If I try to do the update from the phone is tells me there is no updates available.

hi..I also have this phone only a few days now,and every sprint tech or service rep I talked to says something different! Where/how did you locate the software version on your phone? I too tried an update from phone and received the same message you did, but i had just read on some forum that there has been a new update released 2 weeks ago...said by a supposed sprint 'insider'...anyone know what is true? Thanks :)
