I have a ppc 6700 and was told I do not have a content manager. I have subscribed to power vision but cannot use the services ie I am suspose to be able to hear sirus music for free. Does anyone know how to access this from my phone or install a service using active sync??

the 6700 doesnt support anything other than just getting on the web. That is why you dont have a content manager. if you have a vision package that isnt the 15 dollar power vision access then you're over paying.

Yep the 6700 has nothing you can buy as downloadable content or ringtones or music.
