Sprint Told Of This. The Additional Annual Cost Would Be 500 Dollars At Least. I Have A 2000 Vision Plan With Perks Now For 100 Dollars. Please Advise.

the 7400 is not an evdo phone so you can keep whatever current vision plan you have now.

The search button is so your friend, but I'll be nice before say add to the topic.

Buy the phone at full price in the store, or buy via TeleSales. You will not be eligible for a rebate if you do this.
When you get the phone, just do an ESN swap, confirm no other changes to your account. If they talk about changing your plan, or adding anything, hang up.
Enjoy the 7500

as prior poster stated, pay full price for your phone, do an ESN swap over *2 and confirm no changes to your plan...your old vision is compatibly with EVDO and you will not be charged for it (at least not as of now) despite what the reps are trained to tell you...

I also have Free Unlimited Text Messaging and I called sprint and they told me that if you do change and get a power vision phone, that you will lose the Free Unlimited Text Messaging, but if you get a phone thats compatible to the one you already have that you won't lose it. I had the Sanyo VM4500, the Sanyo MM8300 is compatible to that phone and thats what i have now I kept my Free Unlimited Text Messaging. So my suggestion is call up sprint first and tell them that you want to keep the free unlimited text messaging and to put a note on your account so when you go to the store they will see the note and not change anything on you.

NO, you do NOT want to do any type of plan change whatsoever in the store. They are evil! You can still use the MM-7500 with an old Vision plan, and keep your U/L texting. Do not let them make a note in your account. Just buy the phone for full price and just call Sprint for an ESN swap. If the rep talks about changing your plan in any way, hang up and call back to get another rep. Once you lose your free goodies with Sprint, they are gone unless you go back to your old plan before your new billing cycle kicks in.

I just went and got the 7500 today. Traded up from my 8200 which was giving me major headaches. They told me at the store that they put the $25 power vision plan on my phone to try for one month free. Before I had the $15 vision pack. I tried to call cs tonight to ask what the differences are but they can't seem to understand what I am asking. Can anyone help me?
Also, am I allowed to watch any other tv channels during this free trial thing?
In the pdf for the phone online it talks about getting 5 free songs through the sprint music store during the 30 day trial, is this true?
Thanks so much for the help!!!
