Hello,

I recently downloaded MovaMail as a replacement for the dearly departed Emailviewer, which died on me and for which I cannot get a replacement key. (It says that mine has already been replaced, which I am reasonably certain that I have never done. I suspect that someone has written a program to generate keys and has grabbed my replacement.)

While it looks like this (MovaMail) could be a marginally acceptable alternative, I have a couple of issues:

1. Has anyone figured out a way to increase the font size of the display? I can tell that years are creeping up on me; I almost need a magnifying glass.

2. The sort order of the emails listed does not correspond to a true date/time or a true alphabetic sort. It is "mostly" date/time, but with some significant variations. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, do you know of a way to clear this up.

Also, for what it is worth I had to turn off the data compression and increase the limit on message size in order to get the application to download any messages.

Any assistance is truly appreciated. My favorite form of assistance is if someone could sell me a new key for Emailviewer! :)

Dude, sorry to hear about that...I have emailviewer on my 9000 and don't think I could live without it at this point...the program is as close to perfect as I can imagine...opens every sort of attachment including PDFs with no problem at all...I got it last summer while it was still available...I went back a week or two later for webviewer, but the site was already closed for new sales...luckily opera mini came along...I can get you the emailviewer application, but as you said, it doesn't really do you any good unless you can get the key thing sorted out... gl

Yes, that is the fundamental problem. I have the Emailviewer app -- just don't have the keys.

I'm also considering getting a different phone just for the email. I loved being able to go to a client meeting and take care of business, then split and check VM, EM, and call everyone on the drive back to the office.

Anyone have any experience with the push email feature of business connect personal? Specifically, what is the price tag and how does it deliver mail to the phone? This might be another solution.
