Hey what’s going on! I have done a search for this topic but the answer was quite vague and not quite specific. Well let me set the stage for you. I have a 7400, MSL, data cable BitPim, QPST and basic knowledge on how to use them all.
My question revolves around modifying factory ringers. As you can imagine there are several reasons for this, one to free up space, and two to make them “custom”. The one that sparks my interest is the ready link tones.
Does anyone know where these files are stored in the phones files system :icon_smil ? I have look thru the whole file system trying to find them with no luck.
I can probably figure this out but to save time. What format will they be in?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks Guys!

It all depends on the phone. Generally, people have to figure these things out for themselves. As you probably know, QPST is kind of complicated and very risky. Not many people AT ALL have used it. You're probably on your own unless you can find someone else who's gone this deep with QPST. I'm sure they're out there, but apparently they aren't in this forum...
