Hi all- in Dec I got the A940 and was told that I would lose my FREE vision (had unlimited EVERYTHING included that I had w/my old F&C plan). Stupidly, I said fine and pd $25 for ultimate PV. Well, just 2 weeks ago I got the A800. I called Bus Accts and did the ESN swap and ask about my previous FREE vision that I lost when I got the A940. Was put on hold for about 3 minutes and w/o hestitation, the nice lady put it back on for me but said that it would be $10 but she went ahead and did a service credit up to 2 years. Hours later I checked online and saw that it said "vision access pack". My previous vision said "vision premium pack". What's the difference? I called back to ask and spoke to an AHOLE guy who threaten to remove what was done from the nice lady because he said that the code she put in was old and shouldn't have been done. We argued for a little bit and he decided that he won't touch anything but he never answered my question. Just to be safe, I went online to see if he removed it and saw that he didn't. SIGH...........Can someone tell me the difference? I really don't want to call back and go through that again.

I don't know that they have a Premium Pack anymore for Vision. The Premium Pack, like you said, included everything. Access includes web access only.

I am just curious, just as the OP stated, can a rep actually take off something that was promised by a previous rep? Or is it just an empty threat? I mean if it's a mistake, it's THEIR mistake, they shouldn't be able to just take off something they've promised to give u for 2 years. though the fine prints might say otherwise, lol.

Every person has the ability to do what the other can within their systems. TRUST ME, there are NO empty threats coming from sprint.
