View Full Version : .Jar only file uploader needed

Okay, I've tried every uploaded on from the sticky post and a few that I just stumbled on. I have a .jar file (about 950k in size) on my computer that I need to transfer over to my LG-535. I think It's too big for some uploaders because they simply say, "No data in file." and give up.

I'd try the gtoal.com uploader, but I don't have a .jad file since I compiled this file myself. Does anyone know of any other uploaders, or any other way to get this file over to my phone.

Some other options I could try if I have the information:
1. I do have a miniSD card. Is there a way to get the 535 to load Applications from that card, or will it only work for media? (This is actually the ideal solution, but I could't get it to work.)

2. I could possibly make my own .jad file? I don't know exactly how to do this, but with some info, I could give it a try.

Thanks!
-Rob

Thanks. I tried that one, though. It was the one that said "No data in file."

Then no uploader will work for you. That means your JAR is screwed up, since Rumkin writes its own JAD for you. If none of the uploaders in that sticky are working, your file is messed up and you're SOL, unfortunately.

try http://www.thephonemall.net/uploader/index.php

they allow a higher file size to be uploaded... the "no data found in midlet" error either means, as laursifer stated, the file is messed up OR you went over the file size limit.

i tried uploading a 600KB jar file yesterday and I couldnt find ANY jar uploader to send it. I eventually just made my own .jad and used funformobile .
