Go to Convert to 3gp

Click browse on the INPUT and find ur video

Under 3gp Profile click highest availabe quality/AAC

I do all of the steps you said but when i put it on my cellphone to play it closes itself and wont play.By the other hand if i edit a video with its original audio and convert it to 3gp2 it plays. I also tried to put a different audio in the video it neither worked.
