I have gotten three different responces from 3 different reps about this situation so I wanted to find out what you all thought.
Atm, I dont have text added to my plan but a couple friends have been sending me texts that I delete and will not reply to. I told them to stop but they think its funny. I have already blocked them from sending texts but they prolly sent me around 100 in a week so far before I learned how to stop em. Now here is my question, will I get charged just for incoming texts that I dont reply to that I have now blocked?
So far 2 reps said no and 1 said yes. I tried to get a straight answer from a manager but I was on hold for over an hour to talk to one when I got disconnected. :/
Thanks for the info btw.

What a coincidence you have mentally touched friends too :) One of my friends started doing the same thing since he thought it was funny I had to pay 10 cents and he didn't. Yes I blocked him also. Sprint unlike lot of other carriers DOES charge for incoming/outgoing/ and even if not opened, it sucks. I would call up and explain the situation (including you tried to stop the unwanted messages as soon as you found out how) and frankly would rightfully think it is ridiculous that Spriont lets other people run up your bill. They should at least commit to wiping out any charges you have incurred from those guys. Welcome to Sprint messaging :(

Logon to the website choose My Online Tool->Text Messaging->Settings and Preferences
There you can enter particular numbers to block, enter without the leading 1- and no dashes (-). You can also disable supposedly pretty much all messages by unchecking the 3 types of messages to allow.
Then hit save all changes
