View Full Version : Vision vs Power Vision - How to tell?

How do I tell if my phone is using vision or power vision?

I've EVDO phone - it says dialing #777 and connects to the net.

When I look at my plan it says "Vision" not "Power Vision" does it make any difference?

If you have a power vision phone, you will have power vision. Powervision is not offered in all locations, you can tell the difference by the icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Vision is 2 arrows, one up, one down that are blue. Powervision is a box with 3 down and 3 up arrows and is orange. Depending on where you are will depend on what type of vision service you can get.

How do I tell it on PPC-6700?

The Icon says EV and there are two arrows, one right and other left. Any ideas ?

EV means EV-DO so therefore whenver you see EV that means you are using Power Vision.
