I Played The 30 Sec Clips On Walmart. Com Then Retreived Them From The Temp. Folder. Im Trying To Use Them For Ringers. How Do You Put The .DAT Files On The 6700? Do I Need To Convert Them. Or Do I Need To Install Something On My 6700? Please Help.

I don't think its the dat files you want. if I remember when I didi it it was the samples that actually were the files that worked as the ringers. If I recall correctly, the dat files were the ones that were 'downloaded' but when I tried saving those they didn't work. When you open file explorer look for the files that have the windows media icon next to the file names. those are the files that will play as ringers. I have them stored under 'my documents' folder. They then show up in the 'contacts' 'ringers' in Outlook.
