View Full Version : Data Error when I d/l using the MM-7500

Every time I try to download a ringer or wallpaper to my MM-7500 phone using Focus or WAP sites, I get a "data error" message when it begins the download. Any advice?

I've even tried content directly from Sprint and got the same error. It doesn't specify which error, it just says "data error" and beeps at me.

I just got the phone yesterday and I'm already pretty frustrated by it. I never had any problems with my SCP-8100.

Try restarting the phone and re-downloading the file. I get that every now and again on the 9000 and a power cycle has remedied it every time.
