alright, so i just picked up the 6700 (for a very good price) at my local sprint store, and i purchased the unlimited basic powervision. (even though i get the first month free). anyways, whenever i open IE or msn, i get the "dialing #777" dialog. is this normal for evdo? i know i used to dial this on my old 5300 and 8100 when tethered to my laptop, but i got charged $0.15 everytime i used to connect. isnt evdo like a beefed up vision? so it shouldnt dial #777, correct?
i just want to nip this in the but before it gets out of hand.

It is normal for ppc's........Has nothing to do with ev-do. The 6600 which does not use ev-do also dials #777. Dont worry. You are not getting charged any extra. Enjoy your new device.......
