I was looking at trying ORB out, but their "guest.orb.com" page has said "it will be back up shortly" for almost 2 weeks now, so I can't see if it works on my A900...

Is there an app. I need to download on my phone or something?? Right now I'm accesing my account through opera mini, I tried using Sprint's web browser, but when I tried to login in, it would redirect me to Sprint Store. I downloaded on my PC, and registered.

Orb is something that allows you to stream media from your PC to your phone. So you can listen to your mp3s or watch the movies you have on your PC while you're at work or something.

Most sites aren't specifically for any one phone. You have to know your screen size (e.g. the A900 is 240x320 or something like that, the A920 is 176x220) and upload the correct version.
Additionally, some pictures get distorted when you change their default size, so what you see may not be what you get. If it's a site that lets you preview, you will get a better idea of the end result. For some of the best free screensavers I've found on the net, go the the dbringers link in my original post in this thread.

You can't run zoovision thru opera, you have to access the site thru you native (crappy) browser in order for it to spawn your media player.

I have an a 920 (coolest phone ever) and google mapping works great on it. Maybee you could try upgrading your software.Look in your settings somewere it has upgrade. It takes like 20 minutes or so so make sure you have time before you start.

With the orb and the handler thing. when it goes to the handler thing go back a page and instead of the link find a play looking arrow button and click on that.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to get it to work by making my.orb.com a bookmark and by choosing "remember me" as the option. I can get in but it kicks me out every now and then. I'll see if upgrading the software helps with the performance.

Yeah... we've got 3 threads on similar topics now. So I'll close this one and redirect everyone to these two:
SprintUsers.com was created in January 2002 as a resource for users of Sprint PCS products and services to learn about and share information. We have cll phone reviews, Cellular Accessories, Downloads, PDA reviews, Ringtones, all of the latest Sprint PCS news and information, an area where you can find help in creating a ring tone or custom image for you phone, and so much more. The most popular section is the message board where visitors can read and write messages, ask questions, and get advice about their cellular phone from other users.
