easiest thing to do is make them yourself

am sure theres plenty of info floating around here about how to make it

1. get the video u want or song
2. crop it with some software theres free ones out there
3. convert it to the format of your phone, .3gp, .mp4, etc something like that
4. send it to your phone

hmmmm

dbpoweramp works for mp3, .ma4, etc

for video.......hmmmm since alot of the software u pay for have limitation for example that will let you convert, just 1 minute, or 5 minutes, since video ringers are just 30 seconds
a trial version of those might work

but am sure theres free ones out there, do a search here, download.com or softpedia.com and u can find out there

Xilisoft is pretty good, not free
