I have the A900 and was curious if anyone knew of any ringtone editing computer software that works well and is affordable.

Audacity is free.
Goldwave is shareware.

Generally, everyone uses Audacity and WavePad, which should be easy enough to find with a Google search. There are some threads on this front page about the same thing as well so you might wanna check out those. Here are two of the best ones we have:
