Ok I have a family plan with three phones on it and I just got number 3 like a month ago the other 2 phones I am not having a problem with but # 3 when I call someone with caller ID it shows my full name and number but the other 2 phones just show the number I WANT # 3 JUST TO SHOW THE NUMBER. I called sprint and they said they dont know whats wrong they said they can block the whole thing from showing but not just the name. Can someone help???

Call again, you just spoke with a Rep that didn't know how to do it, I had the same issue took me 5 calls to get it done

they wont help me I have talked to 7 reps and 2 techs and the techs say it breaks FCC rules they say its impossible. well my other 2 phones are fine and i want the third phone to be the same. Can someone PLEASE help me??

That's crazy, have you told the Tech you other TWO phones work the way you want...If so ask them what is the difference in the first two lines as opposed to the third one...makes no sense to me

Yes I told them that also and they said my other 2 phones were not setup correctly and that they could get them to show the full name and number like the third phone and I said NO, I want all of them just to show the phone number . All of them just say sorry we cant help you. And its impossible. I talked to 3 reps last night and 5 reps and 3 techs so far today. I need some help guys!
