Hello all, I joined this becaused I couldn't find the answer on the very helpful posts!
I want to upload some aac files to use as ringers that I made. Ive tried bluetooth (same problem as all) Then tried the USB (same problem as others IM AN APPLE guy, Samsung no likey)
I can't try the uploader because my vision doesn't work. Why on earth couldn't I put these files in my content. Help meeeee

you will need to get your vision to work in order to get ringtones...uploading ringtones is the only way to put them on your phone as of now...
call up sprint and try to get your vision to work...
It took me the better 1/2 of a day to figure it out... but I've uploaded
about 8 mp3's converted to M4A/AAC to my phone and they work fine.

actually its possible to add ringtones via the provided usb cable. youd need QPST tho.. and thats windows only.. so youd have to install it on virtual pc or get yourself a macintel ;)
but yeah.. the main way is thru a site uploader. my personal fav is http://www.funformobile.com/pages/ringtone/uploadRingtone.php

Hi. I already uploaded the files and downloaded them to my phone. The problem I have is that it says that I need a handler to listen the ringtones. I don't know what that means. Does any one know? Thank you

It means it's in a format that is not compatible with your phone. Sprint likes to throw the whole 'Handler' thing out there to tease you. There isn't, and never has been, a handler for people to download in these instances.

3 cents a KB to use Vision....those pricks.
I'm trying to figure out how to do this without vision as well. I don't want to pay that .03 a KB to those pricks. On my last A900 (which broke) I dloaded a ringer from the net that this guy made and made it a ringer on my phone easy as pie!! It can't be that hard.
