as for the .koz files, as far as I know, no there isn't a way to convert files into them. However I will direct you to my other thread here:

It explains how to convert files to .mp4, wich is almost as good. Takes a normal mp3 from 6mb to 1mb. and on the second page there are also guidelines on how to convert video to 3gp, I was able to fit an entire episode of Family Guy down to 7 mb.

Basically, you can't make KOZ files yourself so I would suggest reading SN's thread s/he posted. In the future, please use the :search: tool before posting.
