Does anyone know how to make .qcp ringers louder?

You could try editing the source files first, using something like Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/). You'll want to clean up the song quite a bit to take out a lot of bass and whatnot because QCP's just don't have much hope :indiff:

Now, I just upgraded my phone to the A900 and before I had a samsung as well and how I would make ringtones was

rip it from winamp in the proper procedure

open it in sound recorder and cut it down to 30 secs

convert it using the pv converter and upload it through sprint uploading

Now I've uploaded pics/ringers to my old phone but the ringers would vary, I might be lucky and get one with a high pitch and sometimes get 1 with a low pitch

I've uploaded 1 ringer using the process to the A 900 but it was low, does anyone know how to make ringers louder in QCP Format?

Don't use QCP. The A900 can take AAC. There are a buncha threads on different methods. The most popular one is here:
