When I signed up for my NVD program it was for 10% off. Before I got my 1st bill after the contract, I confirmed my plan with ecare and a CSR and they both told me and confirmed that my discount was not for 10% but for 15%. When I got my 1st bill they messed up the discount, it was about 8% off so I called and they credited me the difference to 15%. Now on my last invoice which I just got, they messed up the discount again. This time it was also less then 10% and she credited me the difference to 15%. I really do not feel like calling sprint every month to fix the discount. Is there anything I could do?

I'm guessing what really may go on is that your company is maintaining fewer lines or the discount changed. It happened to me: mine went from 25 to 15 :(. Unfortunately, the amount of the discount is based on the number of current lines the company has open. More than likely, the discount is just supposed to be 8% now.

Nothing with my company has changed. We have 6 lines, 5 on 1 plan, and 1 on its own plan. Our discount is through our own company not a major public one. I am really not sure what is going on at sprints end but it won't be fun to call in every month to have it changed, I would rather have one less thing to worry about.

If your company is getting a discount on only 6 lines, I think 8% is MORE than fair.

I agree, 8% is more than fair.

Let me inform you that I have been with sprint for 7 years and we never started to get any type of discount untill 2 months ago and our bill before taxes is in the 280-300 range for the past 7 years. Do you still think 8% is great now?

Honestly...yes I still do. Honestly $280-$300 is nothing big for a company. There are people here that have family lines that pay that much and don't get any discounts.

Every other person on this site has some loyalty or biz discount or even both. Loyalty gets 10% and I cannot get that because of my account so you think I should get less then 10% when I am a loyal customer? I am glad they are giving me 15% and I am not complaining that I want more, I never said that. I am just asking if there is a way to have them correct my account so I don’t have to call every month to get the difference credited.

Unless it gets changed by a CSR or a rep, then there is no other way I'm sad to say. If you can get a rep to do it, then you shouldn't have to keep calling back in.

Let's compare: Your company has 6 lines, gets 8%. A company the size of, let's say Boeing (~200,000 employees), gets 25%. Let's say 10% of the employees have a Sprint account. 20,000 phones (not counting AAP lines) gets 25%. I'd say 8% for your company is fair.
You can always ask for loyalty discount and/or credit union discounts. If they say no, ask someone else. You can always get a reasonable discount/freebie if you keep trying.
