I have the new MMA-920 phone..I was told that my phone can be set up so that my contacts picture will pop up on the sub LCD screen on an incoming call. How do I set this up?

I just assigned pics to the contacts. When that contact calls, the pic automatically show up.

When you take the pic, hit "assign" OR edit the contact and "add photo". EASY.
