Hi - I emailed e-care and asked for free incoming on my plan. They said they could add it if I add a $15 Vision Plan. Has this happened to anybody? And follow up questions....
1) If I cancel vision later, will the free incoming stay on my account?
2) If I take this offer, and later cancel, and lets say lose free incoming, will i get the Free incoming minute offer that I have on my account now back?
Is this a standard pricing structure or are they just trying to get me to sign up for more?
What's the best option for me to do at this point?
