I got the SpeckProducts ToughSkin case and I loved it. It does add a bit of bulk but believe me it will save your treo from some nasty falls. After a while i started to find it a bit of an inconvenience to change sd cards. You have to slowly slip the treo out and it takes a little bit of work. Another thing was the flap that covered the sync and charger ports, it was getting in the way a lot. I decided to modify it and remove the middle piece that goes over the talk and end keys. Now you would think it would make the case fall of but actually it stays in there even after it falls. Here are some pics. I am going to cut them a little straighter to make them look nicer but for now it works.
