Does anyone know if you can get free nights starting at 6pm as well as free roaming? I was offered the free nights starting at 6pm but was told that free roaming is not offered. If it is available, does anyone know the "code?"
Thank you!

Ecare told me that free nights @ 6 is not available, that if it became available in the future, she'd be glad to add it. Free roaming is available on shared fair & flexible plans.

From what I know, free nights @ 6 and roaming are not available/really hard to get as an add-on. Roaming is included in the new Fair and Flexible plans, but of course you have to sign a new contract.....

If you have F&F, then 6pm is easy, and roaming is included.
If you have F&C, then it's next to impossible. Ask the CS to look for "America Roam Toll", which is a $5 addon. Not sure if it will work on your specific plan or not though.

Again, roaming is only included if you are on a NEWER F&F plan. You CAN be on a F&F plan and NOT have roaming included.

I am on a F&F plan and was told that the 6pm nights can easily be added at no additional cost but I can't have both 6pm and free roaming. I just signed a new contract and I was almost certain that roaming was included until I was told otherwise be an eCare rep.

The new F&F plans above 400 min/month include free roaming. 7pm nights are $5 more than 9pm nights, and 6pm nights are $10 more than 9pm nights (or $5 more than 7pm nights). Simply call customer service to make the change. You can change your plan as much as you want within 3 months of signing up. After that, and plan changes will require a new 2-year agreement.

those are standard offering prices but in reality 7pm nights are given away free often with 6pm nights far less often. Free roaming can be done on any plan (fair and flex or free and clear) but most reps cant / wont do it. Most "add-on" offers like 7pm nights, roaming can be added for a fee at any time with NO plan change. If you want them free, many reps will expect a new 2 year agreement to justify it. eCare is many times easier to deal with than phone reps on getting freebies.
I have a free and clear retention plan with free roaming and pay the $10 for 6pm nights. With my base plan and add-ons I think i have a great plan for 3 lines and averaging around $80/month after tax :)

I can tell you guys this about the 6pm free. I have a F&C plann 1500 minutes from retention. You can not have this plan and get 1500 minutes free. The plan has a code "z" in it and it will not allow them to add the 6pm free to this plan. I had worked with 4 different reps and a manager and it is impossible!!! Dont know about the roaming.

We have a F&F America family plan. (has free roaming included)
When we signed up...they didn't offer free 6:00...but instead offered a 5% discount as an incentive. That's sortof like getting 6:00 for the 7:00 price.

A "z" code plan is a retention offer.
You must go through retention to get 6pm nights on it. Only they can do it, not CS, not supervisor's, not managers.

Tammy, those reps that I worked with and the manager were in the retention dept. They said thats its not possible with the 1500 minute plans.

I may be forced to move to a town that does not have a Sprint tower, I need to get $5 roaming quick!

I personally have seen 6pm and roaming added to "Z" code plans.
It's not impossible, just difficult. It's got nothing to do with the number of minutes.

It has nothing to do with min. that's right.
multiple "z" codes cannot be applied to other "z" codes. they conflict ;)

Tammy, It seems like you have access to the files so I would assume that you are a Sprint rep.i would love to have you look at my account too, to see if it something that can be done!

As I posted above, sometimes it can be done. It's not impossible, just difficult, depending on the plan, and other codes that may already be in place.
Sometimes one has to remove one code, to implement another, which is pointless.
eg. Lose PCS to PCS in order to gain 6pm...not something anyone wants to do.
It's much easier to add a z code for vision free 1 year, on top of other codes, than anything that changes the number of anytime/free minutes.
Addons are easy. Minute change codes are not, and often conflict, or require new contracts to implement.
