You're kidding, right?
That would normally cost around $50. What do you think?

Why do some people think they have to ask if an offer is good or not? You got a good deal be happy.

If you don't use vision or text messaging at all, it's great.

TRUE

DITTO, Can't give it a 10 because I LOVE texting and vision.
People ask questions like this because they are bragging OR they actually dont kow if its good or bad.
My "rule of thumb" is if the plan works for you then its a good plan!

I don't know that anyone talking to retention qualifies as loyal :S.

I would say it does. I have been a member for 2 years. I consider myself loyal. I pay my bill in full every month on time. You just have to know how to work the system to get what you want. Retention would mean to retain you as a customer. Obviously you are loyal to them if they want to retain you as a customer.

Speaking with retention means you are threatening to shut off your service. How is that loyal? I've been with Sprint for 5 years, and I've pretty well always had what I wanted. I've never spoken with retention because I don't threaten to cut off my service everytime I run my phone bill up.

I did not speak with retention the rep told me I had a retention plan. I have never ran up my phone bill either. Like I said it pays to work the system. Im just now paying $20 less than what I was originally paying.

I've spoken to retentions many times, and I never threatened to cancel my service to get to speak to them in the 1st place. Some people have an old plan that is more minutes than they need and more of a monthly cost than they should pay. Retentions has plans available a "normal" rep can not offer.
I have a retention plan and it has kept me a happy sprint customer. My old plan cost me $150/month and my new one costs me about half that. Sprint keeps a customer and I get a plan similar to what verizon was offering then. A win win situation!

My retention plan is several years old now- I have 1300 anytime minutes, 3,000 N & W minutes and 500 PCS to PCS. I pay 50.00 plus 5.00 and change in taxes. I have no text or anything else but I really use my phone for mostly business calls. My night begin at 8- but that is also okay because most of my clients' nights begin at 9 on the East Coast and the West Coasters are two hours earlier.
